Refund & Replacement Policy

At Pure Petals, we take great pride in delivering the highest-quality, frequency-enhanced Ecuadorian roses. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and our dedication to ensuring peak freshness, we have a strict but fair replacement policy.

Eligibility for Replacement Credit

We are happy to offer store credit toward a replacement order under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Flowers Only: If your flowers arrive in a damaged or unusable condition.

  • Fresh Out of the Box: The flowers must be photographed immediately upon unboxing — within 1 calendar day of delivery.

  • Photo Proof Required: A clear photo of the unopened or freshly opened box and the damaged flowers must be emailed to our support team at [insert email] with your order number.

  • No Refunds to Credit Cards: We do not issue direct refunds to credit cards. Instead, we’ll provide you with a Pure Petals credit to be used toward a future shipment.

What We Don’t Cover

  • Damage due to late pickup, incorrect delivery information, or lack of care after delivery.

  • Requests made more than 24 hours after delivery.

  • Situations where no photo proof is provided.

Why We Do This

Our roses are shipped directly from the farm to your doorstep and are harvested fresh to order. We want you to experience the full frequency-enhanced beauty of our roses, and we believe in making it right if something goes wrong in transit.
