Claims & Store Credit


  • If your roses arrive with an issue, you must submit a claim on the same day of delivery.

  • Please include clear photos and/or videos showing the problem with your order.

  • Once verified, we will issue a store credit for the value of your order, redeemable toward your next purchase.

What’s Not Covered

We cannot be held responsible for:


  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

  • Delivery delays caused by UPS or any shipping carrier once your order has left our farm.

  • Improper handling after delivery, such as leaving roses outdoors, exposed to heat, or “cooking” in direct sunlight.
