At PurePetals, our mission is to deliver farm-fresh roses directly to your door in pristine condition. Because our roses are perishable, we have a simple and transparent return policy:
Claims & Store Credit
If your roses arrive with an issue, you must submit a claim on the same day of delivery.
Please include clear photos and/or videos showing the problem with your order.
Once verified, we will issue a store credit for the value of your order, redeemable toward your next purchase.
What’s Not Covered
We cannot be held responsible for:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Delivery delays caused by UPS or any shipping carrier once your order has left our farm.
Improper handling after delivery, such as leaving roses outdoors, exposed to heat, or “cooking” in direct sunlight.
